At the end of my Spinal Flow session, I felt like 10 pounds of weight was removed from my shoulders and neck. I felt energy and openness between my shoulder blades as well as fluidity in my neck, and the stiffness in my lower back was gone! Mary is awesome!

I came in this week, just totally strung out on stress. I was hardly able to eat and everything I did eat was burning in my stomach. There was so much stress in my body, I was starting to feel numb and stiff as a board. Mary patiently worked her way in under my defenses with her amazing ability to tune in and work at just the right depth.
She blended in some Craniosacral therapy tissue releases at my kidneys/adrenals on overdrive, and later again at my upper back. Sometimes we just want our massage therapist to keep rubbing....but she was wise enough to tune into my body and realize my stress was in my nervous system, not just my muscles, and that the muscles were'nt going to let go until the nervous system settled down! Indeed, I felt myself drop down into a much more connected, centred place. I left feeling like she had really interrupted my distress, helped me to begin to replenish, and I felt like I could think straight again!
She has the hands of an Angel, and the soul of a Wise Woman.
